Appeal Allowed

Post by RAJ2007 » Wed Oct 17, 2007 10:22 am

My friend's appeal (student visa extension) was allowed and he received the determination letter yesterday and the determination promulgated on last friday. Now, he has few questions:

1. What happens if HO doest not appeal against it within 5 working days? Will he get any letter from HO or AIT to confirm it?
2. When is he going to send his passports to HO for stamping? What’s the process…

Please someone could help.

Was just curious to know, why didn't he initially get the extension? Was it that he needed a few more months (how long did he ask for?) to complete something?

The Home Office will contact him, asking for the passports.
