Post by nikhilcruz1995 » Sun Feb 21, 2016 6:04 am

hello sir/madam,
i have appiled for uk visa and i got refused on 11 aug 2015 and i have recieved the Notice of immigration decision (Refusal of entry clearance) on 18 aug 2015.
so i have tue right to appeal against decision made by the eco i have appeal against online on 24 aug 2015 my appeal was on that date (24/aug/2015) after i got an Notice of pending appeal letter on 10 oct 2015 written as the tribunal has recieved your notice of appeal against the refusal of your application .....
The tribunal will write to you after 13 jan 2016 with further details on how and when your appeal will proceed .
so after the date i have send an email to the customer service for knowing about the hearing date . on last week they have send me as.
Tribunal Appeal Number: xx/xxxxx/2015

Thank you for your e-mail.

The above appeal file is currently with our listings department. However, I regret to inform you that we are unable, at the moment, to confirm a date for the hearing. This is due to the fact that the Tribunal is currently dealing with a substantial number of cases waiting to be allocated a hearing date. The volume of cases greatly outnumbers the number of hearing dates and judges we have available. We are doing everything in our power in order to provide the earliest possible hearing date and will write to all relevant parties once this case has been listed.

I apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.

It's a matter of weeks not days. The time period of appeals heard by the First Tier Tribunals, specially in London, is 6 to 10 months. In some cases they are heard as early as in 3,4 months.

It has been taking months for appeals to be listed. It can even take up to 8 months for the appeal to be listed.
