Changing of new sponsor and representative

Hello ,
I got an notice of pending letter The ECM deadline 13 jan 2016 after the date i have send an letter to the tribunal asking them to change the sponsor and representative . so is there any delay will happened for getting my oral hearing date ? due to changing purpouse ?
