I am afraid that he cannot make this switch from within the UK.

Victoria

Many a Thanks for the response. But, i probably was not clear in stating my situation.I have a Valid WP from Jan 2005 to Nov 2010 and am currenlty in employment.I mentioned the same as wrongly as FLR till Nov 2010 in my previous post.A year ago got a Letter from HO stating i have been granted 'Leave to Remain' in UK till Nov 2010 i line with my IED.So does that change anything at all ? can my husband apply for Spouse Visa Whilst here ?

By the way whats the difference btw FLR and LTR, if you dont mind repeating it.

Thanks
Ecllipsia

It changes nothing. Your husband cannot switch.
