Marrying a Mauritian national in UK

I'm a British citizen born in UK. I want to marry a Mauritian girl whom I met recently in UK.

1. Can I marry her in the UK?
2. Or do I have to go to Mauritius to marry her?

If N° 1 is OK, can she obtain a resident visa?

What is her current immigration status, i.e. what visa is she on? If she does have valid leave to remain, you would have to apply for a CoA - Certificate of Approval - from the Home Office permitting her (as she is a non-EU national) to marry in the UK.
