Infinite Leave to remain

Post by edtyy0110 » Thu Dec 13, 2007 7:36 pm

Hello every one

do have work permits
from
1) 02/2005 to 02/2006 Employer 1
2) 01/2006 to 01/2012 Employer 2

worked
1) Employer 1 from 02/2005 to 0 09/2005
2) Employer 2 from 01/2006

there is a gap from 09/2005 to 01/2006 planning to apply Infinite Leave to remain in 5 years time.

would that be a problem
would that be a problem

Your clock would start from 01/2006, since you stopped working 09/2005, by 10/2005 you should have left the UK.

You can apply for ILR on 12/2010.
