Work permit - Leave to remain from out of country

Hi,

I recently got a work permit in the UK and have already started work for since past one month. I was on a student visa before.

However I have to travel to my home country for personal reasons...can I make the application for the leave to remain based from my home country or I cant do it ?

Will having worked affect any chances. Pls let me know about this

leave to remain means you are still in the country and the application must be made in country

Is one allowed to work full time on a studend visa?

I have finished my studies and I have got in country work permit. But I need to travel outside to my country.

Is it possible in such case to apply for leave to remain or entry clearance from home country.
