exercising my eu treaty rights(also pls read my other posts)

hi
i wondered if you could help me yet again! my husband recieved the refusal today,it said he had been refused because of money not believed to be ours €4,200(which it is,we both earned it working) the accomodation which they said will lead to recourse to public funds, amongst other small reasons but one that has had me in tears tonight is the fact that they said my husband is not the same person as stated in his application, nor the same person on his passport, nor that he is married to me,(HE IS OBVIOUSLY THE SAME PERSON+we are legally married, the fact is his name is minus the k at the end cos his solicitor got it wrong when he was in uk),all of which are utter BS but as far as i can see, we arent going anywhere. one of the reasons was that our money was not really ours + we have not stated the source of the income, the ecm stated that NORMALLY the max pay would be €800 per month (she found this info through embassy sources),well we both worked at the same place(car rental company) and for 3 months of that time, the film production company rented all of our cars for the entire duration of the film mamma mia (starring pierce brosnan) so the money was more as the work was harder;;;;;;;; if we didnt have any money they would say we couldnt support ourselves, now we do have money they say its not ours.

someone has advised me that i can 'exercise my eu treaty rights' by going to greece and applying at the greek embassy for my husband to be with me in greece as my dependent so long as i am present and working there( he already has 2yr residence permit himself but still we will applly to exercise my treaty rights ??????) PLEASE TELL ME HOW WE CAN DO THIS AND HOW MUCH IT COSTS AND WHERE TO GO <<<<< IF AT ALL POSSIBLE>>>>>>>>>> PLEASE HEEEEEEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLLLLLPPPPPPP
