Applying for ILR - 2 year qualifying period

Post by renegade427 » Sat Jan 05, 2008 4:16 pm

First things first, Hi all hope ya all well :D

Anyway I have a question and perhaps you can help. My wife came here on a settlement visa as a spouse, her visa was issued on the 1st May 06 but she arrive in the UK on 24 June 06 so would she have to apply 28 days before 01/05/08 or 24/06/08? and if its the latter then does that mean she will have to apply for a visa extension to cover the 2 yr qualifying period???

(apologies in advance if this question has been answered before)
