Application for ILR

Post by actuary » Wed Feb 20, 2008 12:28 pm

Hi guys,

I am on HSMP (switched from WP) in the UK. Is there a upper cap as to how many days I can be out of the country prior to my ILR application?

I read somewhere that I cannot in total remain more than 11 months in the 5 year period. But is there any rule that I cannot remain X number of days outside each year or per trip?

Thanks!
