ILR for my Spouce

Hi,
I am in the UK on HSMP and will be eligible for ILR in May this year. My spouse only joined me in January this year.
Would he be eligible for ILR with me as well?

He will provided he is here on an HSMP dependent visa.

Thanks for your reply. Can you please point me to a particular text ragading this at the home office's website. I have to apply in a months' time and have heard from most people that my spouce would get ILR a couple of years after me. I can't seem to find anything about it in any of the published material.

Also, does anyone know a helpline number for such queries?
