HSMP REVIEW, PRE_BOOKED TRAVEL, URGENT HELP PLEASE

Hello all,
I just submitted an application for a review of my declined HSMP. It was declined sighting no proof I did not receive individual payslips( i submitted two full year reports on my income signed and stamped by employer also a letter from employer stating income) also non- original bank documents as the cause (two months were covered by original statements the rest were unstamped/unsigned bank print outs).
I am flying out of New Zealand on the 11th April to South America for 3 months before going the the UK.
Please help, would you
A) wait for the review in hope they realise they can pass me.
B) send a new application straight away as I know I meet the criteria I just need stamped and signed bank documents.
C) Is it possible to gain access clearance from a country not of my own e.g if the letter arrives and I am in Argentina can I get the letter forwarded to me and apply from there.
