First Genaration Asylum

Hello Friends,
Can Some body tell me what is the "First Generation Case Worker Unit" meanin.? I am a Asylum Seeker and i'm waiting for my decision nearly 2 years now. I dont have any solicitor.. Today I called home office and asking about my case update and they said my case change to that " First Genaration Case worker unit" and they gave me a number. That number belongs to Liverpool area and when i call them they also mention my result still pending..I just want to know what is the "First Generation Case Worker team" please help me. Thank you
