ILR for daughter

Hi all,

Me and my wife work here ( HSMP & dependant) , completing 5 years soon. Our daughter (6 year old) lives in India ( better childcare/school etc).

She has HSMP dependant visa. ( in our five years in UK, she has been here on and off for around 3 years)

When we apply for ILR; if we bring her here 2-3 months early and include her in the application; will there be problems ?

Hi

I have checked 198 and 298

Does that mean there should not be a problem ?

( i understand the 5 year period is followed strictly for the main applicant and less so for dependants especially children)

Please correct me if I am wrong.
