Hello all
Am caught up in a situation now and this is how it goes, clearly needs your advice.
1.Got WP from Company X - 30 June 2007 - 12 months.(Applied outside UK)
2.Got LR (Leave to remain/Visa) for 12 months from 1 week July 2007.(Applied outside UK)
3.Got IED - change of employment from Company Y - 3 years - 10 April 2008.(Within UK)
4.Am planning to apply for FLR(IED) in June 2008 for Company Y.Current Leave to Remain is till 1 week July 2008 - obtained through WP of company X.(Apply FLR(IED) from Within UK)
5.I have not started Working for Company Y and plan to do so by June 2008
6.I have based my FLR(IED) application based on my knowledge and what is available in my Passport at this point in time and how did start working with Company Y.
Need advice on the following
1.Can i continue to work legally with Company X, till i get my FLR(IED) done for Company Y?
2.What if Company X files for NPEE and my Leave to remain is curtailed (without my knowledge) , before i apply by post/personally for FLR(IED) for Company Y?
3.What is my legal status in UK if there was a gap due to the situation described in question2 as above? IF there is an effect will this affect any future / my FLR(IED) application in June?
Not much information is available regarding NPEE and am getting worried cause of this.
Sorry for this lengthy Post,If any of the forum members have gone through a similar situation please advise me on this.It would be of immense help and hope to me.
