Good Day!
Hi Guys! I am new on this forum, read several topics about NHS debts issues and here I go, hope I could get some advice...
I lodged my application last June 2018, got my result on July but unfortunately got refused on the grounds under paragraph V3.14 of Appendix V; Immigration Rules for Visitors and this rule were all about NHS debt. Despite my letter attachment sent to the ECO regarding my dispute about the legitimacy of the charges that were taken place last June 2011, still, they did not consider my application, and I have to admit that I may fall short of not providing a supporting document to support my claim even though I filed a formal complaint letter to the hospital after discharge due to some irregularities of their services and questions about the charges. But after some thoughts, I made to the decision that I will just settle the bill even though I still have disputes that the hospital needs to answer me, I just wanna clear and clean my name. I realise that disputes would take longer to process and there are people in the UK who dearly looking forward to our arrival.
My question is after paying the bill, getting the official receipt and the letter from the hospital acknowledging the payment that I made, is this documents or proofs will suffice the ECO? Are there any other documents that I need to provide in terms of my NHS debt? Can I re-apply right away after I settle the bill?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated... Thank you very much!
