Standard Visiting Visa for My Mother

Hi,

I need assistance on processing standard visitng visa for my Mother.

Myself Ramachandra, I joined xxx UK as permantant UK employee, I joined xxx UK 6 months back on Tier 2 General Visa, currently staying in (Scotland) along with my Collague in 2 BHK Flat, rental agreement is on both of us. My query is on rental agreement- i consider agreement is one of the important document to show during processing the visiting visa, will be any problem in visa if i show the rental agreement which on both of names(My name and collague name)? currently searching house and make agreement on my name.

Am married, my dependents are also travelling with my mother. My mother is retired Govenment servant and withdraws monthly pension to support herself. I have elder and younger sisters who to take care of her in india behalf of me.

Am submitting below documents for processing visiting visa for my mother.

1.Intivitation Letter (From End)
2.Sponsorship Letter : Saying am sole responsible to take care of my mother.
3.My Bank Statements (UK)
4.Indian Bank Statement (My Mother) - She is getting my father(family Pension) and mothers pension.
5. Covering Letter - My mother produces saying she will go back after 3 to 6 months of staying here, as my sisters there to take care of her.
6. My Passport
7.My BRP.
8. Mother Passport.
9. Pension letter from Govt.
10. My Salary Slips
11. Rental Agreement.
12. Invitation Letter from xxxx company - It got My annual Salary, House address (am currently residing) and stating the purpose of my mother visit to UK.

Pleaie assist will if i produce current shared rental agreement will be issue for get visitng visa? and need assistance in any other document needed apart from above mentioned ones ?

You may have to get a letter from the landlord that he/she has no objection for your mom + dependents to stay in that property for the duration of the visit. Having said that it seems your current property may not be sufficient to host your mom and other dependents and may be considered as overcrowding. There is a good chance of visa getting rejected due to same.

Best to get a rental agreement on your name and dependent(s) to avoid visa rejection.

On what visa your dependents would be traveling? Visitor visa or tier 2 dependent visa?
