BRP Renewal for Child

My child BRP card needs renewal. Started the online process but need some help :
1. The applicant is expected to sign the consent form :

Since the applicant is minor, how shall I proceed with this?

2. Below is part of the questions in the online form. I don't have any reference to the original ILR application with me as it was more than 7 years ago. Will this affect the renewal?
Do you have any Home Office reference numbers? (Required)
If you have previously made an application to remain in the UK, you can find a reference number on letters from the Home Office, called 'Our Ref' or 'Case ID'. If not known, select 'No'.
