Arrived in the uk 2 weeks ago now, and am enquiring about residence card for my husband who is maroccain, being told as we lived together for nearly 5 years outside the uk we should have applied in Italy for the residence card, now we are here we will have to wait for 5 years of being in the uk for PERMANANT RESIDENCE, so we have to apply for an EEA 2 which i can't even find on the uk visa website, any help would be appreciated.
