Parents Visitor Visa -Help!!

Post by varsha_t » Wed Feb 20, 2019 12:40 pm

I'm going to apply visa for my father in law and Mother in Law. Reason for visit is, My wife is Pregnant, We Bought new house so we are planning to Baby shower function and House Warming function in the same month. So my like to invite my in Laws for this occasions.

I'm British Citizen i have UK Passport holder. Me and my wife is working full time. Im going to provide the following documents:
My Passport,
Invitation Letter and Sponsorship letter for both for whole trip( including food, Accommodation and other expenses)
Bank statement for me and my wife,
6 mos Payslip for both,
New house contract exchange document for proof, Letter from Employer for both,
Council Tax.

For her Father and Mother they both are self employed and they are running small registered matrimony company, There is no standard income for all months but total annual income will be INR 450000. Company name registered under both names and company Current Bank account in Joint name and their savings account also in Joint. They have around INR 290000 in their savings account which is transferred from Current account every month. They lives with their son and he is financially supported for all their expenses like food, cloths etc. Every month he is transferring INR 15000 for their own expenses. Whatever they are earning from their company is their savings. Son is paying their Health Insurance for both mother and father from his account. So they are providing the following document:
2 Passport (for Both),
Company Registration Document,
Joint Company Bank Current Account statement for 6 months,
Joint Saving account statements for 6 months, (Balance is INR 292000) is this enough for both)
CA letter to confirm their income and Business
Health Insurance Document for both coverage INR 500000,
Letter from son for they are living with him and financially supported by him too,
Letter from their another daughter who is take care of their business until they return from UK,
Son Bank Statement and Payslip,
Ration card to show they are living in same house.

They don't have Income tax return document since their income is less than the limit to pay tax.
Is these documents are enough or not?
How much GBP we need to maintain in UK account to support the both for 3 months. Please help me to do further.
