Is a parent a representstive or the applicant?

Post by aabb42088 » Tue Mar 05, 2019 10:11 pm

Hey,

Maybe I am over thinking that but I am about to submit an online form (MN1) for my 5 years old.

Last question on the form (I am rephrasing for simplicity):
I confirm that I am:
[ ] The applicant
[ ] A representative of the applicant ...
So he is a 5 years old child - obviously I filled to form on his behalf (so am I a representative of him?) but I am also is father so I have parental responsibility (so I should choose 'The Applicant'?)

Is there any official guidance about that?

Many thanks
