Leave to Remain with Caution

Hello!
In December 2018 I received a simple caution for Outraging Public Decency for sexual activity in a public area. I was not arrested, charged, or convicted. Needles to say, it was a very big mistake which I regret deeply.
I am an EU citizen and in September I’d like to start a Masters programme at a UK university. If it comes down to me needing a Leave to Remain in order to do that (in the case of no-deal Brexit for example), would I be able to get it if I apply in September, given my caution?
