I dont want the father of my child deported

I am really just looking for advice here. I am unsure what to do as me and 2 year old are UK citizens however my other half (father of our child) is Canadian. He has been here for 5 years 4 on a work Visa and so far 1 year on a spousal Visa. Our relationship feels like it is breaking down, I love him dearly but this past year I feel like I am just living with my best friend. He is an amazing father loves me and our little one dearly, I have just been unhappy for a very long time. My depression and anxiety dont help either. My biggest fear is breaking up and him not being able to stay. I know he can stay on a parent Visa but with our financial situation I just cant see us being able to spend over 1500 for another visa just yet. So we are very limited on our options. I just dont know what to do and I dont want him to be separated from his baby.

Your only option is FLR(FP) Parent route. You could apply for a fee waiver, but there is no guarantee you will get one. Usually only granted to those who are destitute and no option of working etc, ie extreme cases.
