Hi all,
I am a French resident with Bangladeshi nationality. I had applied for a UK Visitor Visa to visit my sister in the UK but my application was rejected.
I was rejected because at the time I was unemployed and showed no strong ties with my country of residency, and therefore I was not deemed as a genuine visitor who would return.
In addition to this, I was unable to prove my sister was related to me although I sent a photocopy of both our passports, where our mother's name was present.
The last reason it got rejected was because I could not prove my sister is able and willing to accommodate me for my visit.
To fix this, I have gone into employment and my employer has produced a letter stating I am employed and the dates I have leave/holiday. I will also provide UKVI photocopies of both of our birth certificates rather than our passports, and I will stay in a hostel rather than my sister's house, which addresses the issue of not proving she will accommodate me...
I was just wondering, does this address all the issues for my refusal? Is there anything I can do to strengthen my application? Any advice would be greatly appreciated please...thank you!!
