Post Reference Number & Home Office A N Number?

Hello everyone

I'm Albert, a British Citizen. My wife is Russian. Together we have a daughter who is 5 years old.

I applied for an entry clearance (human rights claim) for my wife and daughter so that they may join me here in the UK. The application got refused. I am trying to appeal it, but the online appeal form has a couple of mandatory fields that I don't have the information for.

• Post Reference Number
• Home Office A N number

What are these numbers? The online form says they are on the decision letter, but they are not. I read the whole thing word by word.

I'd appreciate some help.
