Application for Family Residence - Help???

Hi, My husband and I applied (form set f) for my mom to come and live with us. We created a huge file with all evidence of our position here (financially, stability etc), most importantly we had a section with transfer slips from the bank and some from money transfer agencies. A few were faxed to me by the bank but now I have the originals. Majority of them were originals. They have asked us to send proof of financial support.
I am confused here because we have just done that. Do you think there's a chance they have not seen them? Except I don't see how since it is all neatly filed and colour coded.
They have given a deadline to respond. Should we call and confirm what they mean? Or just resubmit everything again, including any new transfer slips we've found?

Another thing, they have sent a form asking us to fill our details again, about our circumstance, we have already do this in the application form, it's the same information and we have letters attached in reference to the evidence provided. I feel like they have not bothered looking at anything.
What to do?
