Flr/0 application for personal and family life sister and brother in the UK. I have received the latter last week for detention centre to report without any answer of FLR/O application to myself and my lawyer. As i requested the passport for marriage route.
Here is my case details
Immigration History
• On 5th February 2008 granted leave to enter the UK as a student.
• On 23th February 2011 granted Leave to remain in the UK Tier 4 general student Visa.
• On 15th February 2012 granted to leave to remain in the UK as a Tier 1 Post study visa.
• On 19th March 2014 granted to leave remain in the UK as a Tier 1(Entrepreneur) until 19th March 2017.
• On 15th March 2017 apply for the Tier1 visa extension and refused on 18th September 2017. Apply for the Admin review refused on 20th October 2017
• Within the 14days ,1st November 2017 put new application for Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa.
• A very 23th January 2018 applying for ILR long residency for 10years. Refused for 3months gap issue they said I had 2009 student visa some lawyer mess up my case. appeal refused ,upper tribunal refused as well.
My lawyer put in Jan 2019 Flr/o application for personal life and family as my sister and brother here very close with them. I have done the biomart in jan 2019.
I decided to go marriage route now while application in process... but passport is at home-office so i request for regist office for copies... however i am still waiting ... last week I have received the letter from home office to report detention centre /removal for signature... without answer to my FLR/o application.
so , I am very confused what should i do ..
- am I eligible for marriage route would they let me I am leaving with my partner GF? so i can switch current situation to dependent visa Eu as she is from Eu.
do I have any other application options to apply? as since 2011 I got new visa granted so by Jan 2021 I will have my again 10 Year Long route completed ... ILR.?
Tier 1 option would still open?
should i wait ? or go student visa or any other visa i do have options?
would Flr/o refused effect my long residency
should I go any fresh application so avoid any gap for long residency ?
I personally want to go Marriage route if home office will let me to marry with in UK with my Flr/o application status.
