Sole Representative - other directorships

Hello everyone,

I would like to find out if anyone has any knowledge on restrictions for sole representatives of overseas companies. For example, can I be a director or shareholder of another company in the UK as long as I am a silent director and shareholder and I work full time as the representative of the overseas company?
