Extension of DLR

I am worried about to extend 3rd time my Discreationary Leave to Remain(30 months) which was given 1st in 2014 and 2nd time in 2018 under Outside of the Rule on the basis of exceptionanl circumstances to family and private life.
1) Now my circumstances has been changed my parent are not in the UK any more and not able to come to re-entry.
2) I am single and full time worker
3) my previous and reliable solicitor out of contact.

Please, any can help me this time to extend 3rd time? Can I do myself or do i need solicitor? What are the best option Please. If any one solicitor is interested to handle I will be happy to look forward.

You can apply online FLR(DL) you can also use a fee waiver. See the guidance (click).
