Spouse visa extension

Hi everyone
My wife visa expires in 3 month and she need to apply for extension which is 2 years and 6 months
The problem I have du to covid 19 I haven't been working I'm on universal-credit since beginning of of the covid last year
I have been applying for jobs through indeed and totaljobs I have submitted over 100 applications but no reply,which I can print my submitted application and can prove I have been trying to look for a job
Now I have no prove of income
And my wife she can't book English test
Is anyone in same situation and have have applied

And lastly what forms need to fill
