I have been living in the UK illegally for 17 years, just check am I eligible to apply for FLR (FP) private life route to become a legal resident? if not, which route am I eligible?

or do I need to wait until 20 years to legally extend my stay under human right? but which route is this under?

You may apply under the 20 years route and get ILR after 120 months if successful.
