Work Permit.

Hello All,

My company is processing my Work Permit and I am feeling confused with the following,
1) I am presently on FTI: WISS (Scotland) scheme and working in London, DOES THIS AFFECT MY WP APPLICATION ? I have an email from Home Office saying I can work in any part of the UK with this visa, do I need to attach that email to my application ?

2) In my previous job, I was on self employement and filed my return with HMRC as a self employed, is it necessary to disclose this in WP application as the employer has given me regular work experience certificate. How does self employement and later working with employer on regular payroll affect the WP application, if I disclosed ?

3) Presently I am in the UK, so should I apply for a) Letter of Permission or b) Work Permit.

Can anyone help me with these queries?
