Hi All,
I am a British Citizen. My parents live in India. When i apply for them to visit me in UK, UKVI refused Standard visit visa.
- even though when i submitted my dads property documents Notary affidavit from the solicitor
- Shown ties through properties
My queries are
-How to make translated documents if the ukvi is not accepting Notary affidavit?
-There are two 1lkh cash deposits in to the bank account which makes exceeded annual income. How can i cover them in next application?
- How can my dad show extra ties in India.
Home Office Decision:
You state you are self-employed and that your annual income is 487,000 INR (£4,682 at an exchange rate of £1=104 INR).
In support of this you have submitted untranslated documents.
I am therefore unable to use these when assessing your application.
You have also submitted bank statements in your name from State Bank of India (account number ending xxxx).
The deposits made to this account do not reflect income in line with your declared earnings from self-employment.
Your bank account has received several deposits which significantly exceed your stated income.
For example, during the period 4th December 2020-1st April 2021, your bank account received deposits totalling in excess of 500,000 INR (£4,682).
This equates to more than your stated annual income in a period of less than 4 months.
The funds in your account are not consistent with the income stated on your visa application form and I am therefore not satisfied as to your current circumstances in India.
Furthermore, I am not satisfied you have shown that your family ties to India, beyond your travelling party, are such that you would leave the UK at the end of your proposed visit.
From the information on your application form and the information you have submitted I am not satisfied that your circumstances are as stated and that you have presented an accurate account of your financial circumstances in India.
I am therefore not satisfied that you are genuinely seeking entry as a visitor and that you intend to leave the UK at the end of your visit. Your application is therefore refused under paragraph V4.2 (a) and (c) of Appendix V.
