Naturalisation based on long year residence

Post by breanna » Mon Oct 27, 2008 11:38 am

I would appreciate some advice to address my following concerns:

My husband is planning to naturalise but he has a few motoring offence and we would like to know if these will prevent him for getting naturalised? He currently has indefinate leave to remain and he will be applying based on receiving his ILR from January 2003. He once had a motoring offence for driving without insurance but this was cleared from his licence in early 2006. He was again convicted in court in January 2007 for careless driving.
