Advice needed on visa type required / best option

Hi All,

I'm a 33 year old South African by birth and hold this passport to.

Here is what I plan/hope to do and would really appreciate some input on the best way to tackle it.

I'm a self employed consultant to several businesses, primarily one in the UK who is my biggest client. I do all my work/communication over the Internet and visit the UK about every 6 months for meetings and face to face time. My work involves product development for online businesses, or their online sectors and the implementation of processes for these to get them up and running and keep that that way.

The UK company is quite keen to bring me on board full time, with share options/profit sharing, to bring this skill in-house. It's a good deal and would like to take them up.

I have 9 years experience in the sector and have run my own company since 1999 although no formal qualifications.

I have previously been accepted to do my MBA in the UK but was declined a visa, apparently I can do it just as well in SA...
