WP -> Tier 1 and ILR 4 or 5 Years

Hi all

I am a silent reader of this forum and no doubt to say that its number 1 online immigration forum and really appreciate every one's time and effort to help others. Well Done all!

I got WP before 6th April 2006 and recently changed to Tier 1. I know that a case has been filed against Home Office to grant ILR to HSMP holders if they got the visa before 6th April 2006. My questions are

If they win the case, will WP holders could also get benefits from this?

Although I have moved to Tier 1, can I also apply on the bases of decision (If they win)?

If the above case does not has anything to do with WP holders than is there anything happening on their behalf to save their rights or we all are waiting for first drop of rain?
