hi today i received letter from home office after 6 months and half requesting more evidence from my eea wife such last five years p60 or payslip wish i send them already in first time but all them was part times job and not for long each year means between every job was gap and also she was student part time till 2005. also we send them letter from university confirming she finishing studding. and my wife she need to travel by 19 of December. if we send all evidence this days should get her passport back b4 that? also where im gonna get this evidence we send them to home office all ready! any advice please?

I am not so sure. The Home Office says you should not plan any travel until you have your passport back. Obviously that also means you should not sent the passport when you have travel planned.

So it depends on your priorities. Probably it will all be processed by then, and probably you can get the passport back even if not. But if you want to be completely sure, you should not send the passport, or ask how long it would take first.

thanks thsths for your replay .but i didnt understand why the case worker he ask for evidence again!!! we send them already in first time thats what we sent: p60 2003 2004 part time job. p60 2004 2005 part time job .4 payslip part time job from 2005 2006 and letter from university showing she finishd studying was part time also. employee letter from 2006 2007 part time also. and recent payslip for current job 2007 till 2008 April when we applied . and now we receiving letter asking for her 5 years evidence plus current job!!! i didn't understand.??? i was thinking maybe fresh evidence for current job and one evidence for the year 2002 2003 like this 5 years evidence its full what do you think thsths ? thanks as i got 15 days to submit all this they gave me 21 days in my hand!!
