Hi everyone
I am sponsoring a relative to come to the UK for a short visit. The application has been refused and I have received a date for the appeal hearing in the next few weeks.
Can somebody tell me just how important is it that I get legal representation ? and, as one solicitor told me, is it sufficient for me to take along a witness statement and argument to tribunal ? The application was refused due to a lack of evidence (applicants' accounts and bank statements) which I now have.
If I do take the above documents with me (prepared by solicitor), should I expect to say less at the hearing ?
