I don’t think transferring funds to his account at this point in time will help. UKVI like to see stable cash flow and the required funds in an account for a relatively long period of time e.g., 6 months.
I may be wrong in which case the moderators can advise differently.

My suggestion to strengthen your application:
• Declare and sign an undertaking stating that you will sponsor his visit and bear the expenses of his entire trip, and that you have the required funds readily available in your account for him to be provided with. Attach your bank statements with this (people generally attach last 6 months of bank statements)
• A letter from his employer to show ties back to Pakistan and that they have no issues with his leave
• A letter from your employer to show you are legally working in the UK and have a stable source of income
• A proof of accommodation that you will be providing to him. People generally show this as a letter from a landlord/agent, or if you are the homeowner then a letter showing the property registered in your name

I would also recommend not to put supporting your wife’s pregnancy as his only reason to visit the UK. You can make mention of that but it helps to include some description of dedicated tourism in the reason to visit the UK.

Don’t forget to attach your proof of residency, and for proof of relationship; people generally show family registration certificates, CNIC, any regular communication records like call log, messages history etc. clearly showing name and contact details that will be used in the application.
