Hi

My husbands father lives in spain he currently has a residence card and a pakistani passport.

My husband wants his father to come on a visitor visa to uk. Whats the process like. Is it submitting a application online...then attending a apt.

Can my husband (british citizen) fill in form from uk and submit on behalf of his father.

Also what documents are required

Am i right in making all the application online on his behalf.

Then he can show the following when he attends his biometric aswell as uploading them online.

His 6 months wage slips ( employment)
His 6 month bank statement (savings)
His passport and spanish residence card
My invitation letter
Evidence of me staying in uk.
