Two replacement BRPs, one email address on UKVCAS online

Hi there,

I need to replace a lost/stolen ILR BRP and so does my four-year-old daughter—both were taken at the same time :? . I submitted two separate applications (couldn't find a way to link them) with one email address as a point of contact but now when I log on to UKVCAS only my application is linked to my account/email.

Could anyone advise about this and how I can fix it so as to book a biometrics appointment for my daughter? I received the email about IDV app and the possibility of using that, so I can't book for myself yet, but I don't think my daughter will be eligible to use the app.

Thank you, fyi it just turned out there was a multi-day difference in initial migration to the online system: my application was looked at before my daughter's.
