LOTR application related questions

Hi all,

My name is Richard. I am a Burmese student studying in the UK for six years. My Tier-4 visa will expire in coming January. However, it will be unideal to go home due to the political situation back home and my health reasons and other reason which I think will be too personal to share. I am also worried that if I can't graduate in September this year due to my health issue, I might not be qualified for PSW. I am considering applying for LOTR or refugee status. I would like to know if there are any suggestions on this?
