EU national seeking advice

Hi, I am an EU national settled in the UK. I will be applying for permanent residency in November next year. My husband ( married in 2005 ) has been in the UK for nearly ten years. He is one of the legacy cases that have not been decided yet.

Can he apply for permanent residency with me next year rather than wait for his legacy case decision? I am just hoping that it would be much faster and less painful.

You may need an immigration lawyer.
