Problem on ILR eVisa view and prove

Hi everyone, I am a BNO holder and I was granted ILR settlement status last week. I got a digital eVisa instead of a BRP card. I tried to view my immigration status online(which is so-called eVisa) and I have entered my personal details such as passport number and date of birth. It is still not working and there is a message which says ''The details entered don't match our records''.

Since I go to the Visa Application Centre (VAC) to prove my identity when applying for the settlement. I do not have a UKVI account.

I called 03007906268 several times and email to ApplyOnlineE-Support@homeoffice.gov.uk. Unfortunately, no one could resolve the issue.

Is there anyone who can help please? Many thanks.
