Right to Work and Right to Rent

My wife started a new job last week. Her BRP is expiring on 31/01/2024. She submitted her application for ILR yesterday 21/01/2024

Her employer and also the estate agent we are renting from are asking for a share code saying that it expires on 31/01/2024. Of course trying to generate a share codes states that she has a right to work/rent until 31/01/2024.

I am aware of section 3c leave and that my wife has made an in time application.

What are our options please?

Or
2. Employer conducts right to work checks
3. Estate agent conduct right to rent checks

Evidence of haven submitted application to HO can be provided to them as there might not be much to glean from their checks if expiration date still shows 31/01/2024.
