Uk Tourist visa enquiry for mother

Post by Esharastogi » Sun Jun 02, 2024 4:10 pm

Hi all,
Hope you are well.
I am Esha living in uk. I want to bring my mother on tourist visa in uk.
My father died 2 years ago, so the house was on my father’s name, we have legal heir certificate but the property is not yet transferred on my mother name.

I want to bring her to uk to enjoy some time.
Can i use legal heir certificate as a supporting document to apply for her tourist visa from india and also she has some savings and fund aswell.
And i would be sponsoring her entire trip.
Please provide some suggestions.

Thanks

Apart from finances (just a part of the application process), you should also be able to evidence reasons why your mum would be obligated to go back home.

You can fully sponsor your mum and use whatever docs she has. Don't manufacture and don't exaggerate it.
No sin in failing, you just have to try and try again!
