Visitor Visa UK while awaiting status restoration in Canada

Hi members,
I am in Canada with refused Open Work Permit. I have applied to restore my status and for a new Work Permit.
Meanwhile, I am waiting for a decision, I want to apply for UK visit visa for travel in December.
It asks for my status in Canada to which I have written the answer clearly.
What are the chances of visa rejection due to this situation.
I have previously held UK visa 5 times and traveled numerous times from India and Canada.

I WILL NOT leave Canada till a decision is made but just asking to apply for visa before hand.

TBH, it could easily swing both ways.

You have a great immigration record to the UK, so that would be in your favour. That would also largely depend on when last you visited the UK.

Depending on your residency status in Canada, it could also be viewed that you're looking for another place to immigrate to.

It would have been safer to apply after sorting out your Canadian residency. But i think you should be fine. 75%.
