Uk visit visa rejected multiple time need process for PAP

I applied visit visa for my mother-in-law and it was rejected 3 times.

The first attempt, she mentioned as self-employed and had some bank transactions that were credited from his land lease yearly payments and not submit any related income documents in my first attempt.

On the second attempt, I submitted the agreement documents and rental pay slips, the home office rejected again mentioned the income that she has, and spent money in UK trip which I mentioned 1000 pounds its not matching. monthly expenditure in India is 150 pounds spending 6 times greater than that and also stated not proper inflow bank transactions

On the third attempt, i provided all agreement documents again, and having 6 moths of good expenditure transactions in the bank statement, and mentioned spent on UK trip is 300 pounds i sponsored everything.
They rejected with the reason the source of the transaction credited to the account is not clear. i provided the agreement and rental pay slip documents
In all rejection letter, they commonly mentioned family tieup. I provided so many documents about family ties as she is living with her son and parents and assets she has but no luck.

I am really upset and not sure what to do. i read there is a process of PAP. please guide how to raise a complaint and the process and what will be the chances. If raised is there any impact on my visa status i am about to apply for ilr's

It would be easier to learn the train of thoughts if that's visible.

Also, how far between are these 3 denials?

Not sure what you expected with no documents to back up financials.

Still a lot of money. How much does she make monthly?

Note that they always have a main refusal reason, but they add other little reasons to buffer the papaerwork.

A bit like a driving test, where you have minor faults and a main fault.

I need a some information on visit visa rejection for my mother in law 3 times.

First time I did a mistake of not providing source of income .

I rectified that second time I provided source of income profs rental aggrements, rental receipcts and quarterly payments bank statement.

He rejected again the reason I mentioned 1000 pounds spend for trip for 45 days and monthly expenditure in India is 150 pounds he also mentioned bank statement has not enough transactions

After 6 months I had a good health 6 months transactions the rental income deposited in bank every months and I mentioned trip spend as 300 and sponsor take care of expenses .

Sadly rejected again with below details
You state in your application you are self-employed earning 366,000 INR annually (£7,417.10 where £1= 107.8589 INR as per www.Oanda.Com on the date of assessing this application).
• However, I am not satisfied the documents submitted in support of your application clearly demonstrate the circumstances of your self-employment to be as stated in your application. You have submitted bank statements in your name in support of your application, however the source of the transactions credited to this account are unclear and have not been clearly demonstrated by the documents submitted in support of your application. It is unclear whether these transactions are derived from your purported self-employment, which raises concerns as to whether you have accurately presented your personal and financial circumstances.
• Furthermore, the information provided in support of your application does not show what family you have in your country of residence. I also note you have stated in your application you are dependent on family in the UK for the purpose of your visit. On the balance of probabilities, I am therefore not satisfied that you have demonstrated that you have ties to your home country which would encourage you to leave should you be granted entry to the UK.

I provided all agreements, rental slips bank statement every thing and solictor mention every thing in cover letter. Houseflies as her parents proofs from his son a letter no objection certficate.

I am really concern what to do,

If I do PAP and complain with mp is there any use and what will be the chances. Please advice me waiting for u r reply thanks a lot in advance

But he mentioned source of transactions is unclear as I submitted aggrement documents, rental slips and bank statement as per the documents. Not surewhat else I can proved.

From your older posts, it seems she applied multiple times in a very short time (a few months). This can be flagged by UKVI as seen as a desperate attempt to come to the UK.

Other members also commented on a number of mistakes made in the previous applications: stating a visit of several months, not providing the appropriate documents to demonstrate finances, the reasons of the visit (meeting/visiting grandchildren which can be seen as babysitting - a form of work), etc. These elements weaken the application.

Self-employed people usually demonstrate finances with bank statements and personal accounts (income) done by a certified accountant certifying the source of such income. Strong economic ties are demonstrated with assets and proof of property ownership/deeds under the name of the applicant in the home country.

Yes in my last attempt I provided aggrement deeds, rental receipcts , bank statementand ca report with all property xerox documents . Family members proofs and all of those

If I go for the PAP what will be the chances please guide me . In my latest rejection below are the points Case officer highlighted

As a self employed incoming transactions are not clear
I provided aggrement deeds, rental atubs, bank statement monthly deposits ca report

Second issue he highlighted family ties

Ca report mentioned assets of 300 k pounds , family members government cards, son and mother of proof, letter from his son

Third issue he mistakenly mentioned my annual income as 7000 plus but as I provided documents it’s 3600 pounds annual income

With these ground points can I go for PAP

Is rental income accepcted as self employment income as I provided all proofs
