Hi,

a)Me - British Citizen + OCI( will apply!)
b)My Wife - ILR holder + Indian Citizen

My question is, if my wife has an absence of say 1year+ will her ILR break?

I'm more interested to get an answer to the below Q also.

Assuming her ILR is terminated, as a spouse of British Citizen, which visa should she apply to re-enter UK ?
Will she be able to get her ILR back ?
Please could someone throw some light on this ?
