Last 10 years World travel history on application

In the part where it asks to declare the last 10 years of world travel history, I have made 54 trips in the last 4.5 years plus for the previous 5 years much more, some are holidays and the rest for work, Do I have to list each? as some are multiple trips to the same Country. I have compiled an excel format file and it is 3 A4 pages full.
Any help much appreciated.
